  • Where does my resume go when I submit it through the website?
  • » Your resume is forwarded to one of our experienced technical recruiters who will contact you to discuss any suitable opportunities.
  • Will Fahrenheit submit my resume to any companies without talking to me first?
  • » No, we will always discuss positions with you before we submit your resume to a client.
  • What is the average contract length?
  • » The length of our client contracts varies. Some are short-term projects while others can last for several years. Our executive team is very proactive in marketing our consultants when current contracts are coming to completion.
  • How does “contract-to-hire” work?
  • » If accepted for a contract-to-hire position, Fahrenheit employs the consultant during the contract period (typically 6-12 months). At the end of the contract period, the consultant is available for a direct hire position with the client.
  • Will I be working for Fahrenheit or the client?
  • » Consultants are full time employees of Fahrenheit but will work at the client’s site.
  • Do you offer benefits?
  • » Yes, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Please refer to our Benefits section.
  • When would my benefits start?
  • » Benefits start the first of the month following your start date.
  • What is your vacation policy?
  • » Salaried employees are given 5 weeks of paid time off or PTO. This includes holidays, sick and vacation days.
  • Do you have a 401K plan, and if so when can you enroll?
  • » Yes, Fahrenheit offers a 401K plan. Consultants are eligible to enroll immediately after the start date.
  • How often does Fahrenheit pay its employees?
  • » Fahrenheit pays bi-weekly, every other Friday.
